Rotherham Swifts

Rotherham Swifts is a community Facebook group based in the S66 area, created in 2021 after a local swift colony was put at risk by council works. Founder Kiri successfully campaigned to delay the works, enabling surveys and nest box installation. The group now celebrates swifts and helps others learn how to protect these remarkable birds.
